Due to ingredient preparation and recipe adjustments, please contact us at least seven days in advance. For special requests such as gluten-free or vegan options, we may require notice at least ten days in advance to accommodate.

Once we have mutually agreed on the order details and confirmed the total amount, we will send you a link. Through this link, you can make your payment using a credit card or Apple Pay. Please ensure that payment is made at least five days prior to the event. 

We will begin preparation as soon as payment is confirmed.

Yes! When ordering $1,000 or more worth of our items, you will receive a 10% discount on your order. Please note that the $1,000 threshold does not include delivery costs, and delivery costs are not eligible for the 10% discount. 

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

Yes, we strive to accommodate our customers' requests by adjusting our recipes as needed. If you have any allergies, please contact us via email first.

There is no minimum order, but a delivery fee of $35–$50 will apply depending on the distance. We also offer delivery to certain areas in Long Island and New Jersey, though additional charges may apply to cover labor and transportation costs.

If you’re not going to eat it right away, please be sure to store it in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours. We use fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables, so it’s best enjoyed soon for the fullest flavor and aroma. If you wish to keep it longer, freezing is possible, but please note that the flavor may diminish. We recommend enjoying it as soon as possible.

Yes!! The delivery fee varies depending on the distance, but within NYC it ranges from $35 to $50.

Cancellations made up to five days in advance will receive a full refund. If you cancel up to three days before the event, we will refund 50% of the total amount. After that, we cannot offer refunds for any reason as we will have already begun preparations. 

We kindly ask that you double-check your schedule before placing your order.
